To ensure everything runs smoothly and each appointment is relaxed and enjoyable, we have a few simple policies in place.
These guidelines help us create a calm environment, respect everyone’s schedule, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and care.

All appointments are booked exclusively online through Treatwell.
To secure your time slot, payment in advance is required.
This ensures your appointment is reserved especially for you.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will result in the full service amount being retained.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule respectfully and fairly for all clients.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, depending on availability.
This ensures that the next client’s appointment is not affected.

For hygiene and relaxation, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.
All tools are professionally disinfected and sterilized after each client.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
